Green Tea- Sugar-No Sugar?

Yes green tea is one of the best teas to drink that can manage the body fat you have. It is considered the miracle weight loss tea that can be drunken daily with a positive outcome.
If you decide to not sweeten the tea or drink it up sweetened with normal sugar or sugar substitutes, will adding sugar to green tea lose its powerful with loss system? Technically no. but adding sugar can cause the green tea to work slower than it would if it was plain with no additives. It is always best to cut sugar out of your diet completely when you have a weight lost goal in mind.
Green tea has a semi-bland taste to it. But even if it may be blend it has a great effect on your body. With green tea it may have to be not or ice cold just to drink without sweetness. As normally the coldness or the hotness will take place of the sugar you think you require so greatly.
So consider this adding two tablespoons of sugar to an eight ounce glass of green tea can take away as much as 1/10 of the green tea additive. That is not that much but it is something. Anding the sugar can decrease the normal calories it removes from your body from seventy calories to maybe only fifty calories.
Instead of adding sugar add things like honey, lemon, oranges, and fruit flavors. These additives and healthy and low in calories. They will give you the taste without the sugar.
